Please tell us anything we should know about your event or any special arrangements that we discussed on the phone. Examples would be background choices. graphics or name requests on the printouts as well as any information such as custom packages which we may have discussed.

** CLIENT PROVIDES **

(1) Good Access (minimal stairs). If there are stairs please let us know.

(2) A 120v electric outlet within 10 feet of the desired booth(s) location.

(3) There is at least a 10x10 area for the booth. If you do not have a 10x10 area please make sure that we know.

(4) Prop table. If you do not have one plelase let us know and we will bring our own.

 

 

** RENTOR AGREES TO **

(1) To provide an attendant to operate the photo booth  and assist guests during the event.
(3) The client will receive a digital copy of all images taken at the event.

The client and Art's Photography agree that in the event of a mechanical failure or other inability for Art's Photography to provide a functioning Photo Booth the maximum liability is the return of any payments received. If only partial services can be provided due to conditions beyond reasonable control then the charges are to be prorated based upon hours of availability.

 

** WAIVER OF LIABILITY **

Client hereby agrees to exempt, release, and hold harmless Art's Photography  from any claims, actions, suits, costs, damages or liabilities including but not limited to liability for personal injury of any person at the event.

 

** Online Posting of Pictures**

For most events we will post pictures on-line for people to view and download or purchase. We will review the photographs prior to uploading and will remove any that we are requested to remove. If the client does not want us to post the pictures please send us an e-mail or note it in the on-line agreement's notes section.

 

** RESERVATION FEE **

Reservation fee is required to reserve the date and the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event. Our standard reservation fee is $100.00. If you need us to work with you on the deposit please contact us. The balance is due prior to the event.

We retain the rights to the images for use on our website and advertising materials.

We will put your event on our calendar with a tentative. Prior to the event we will request the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change and we want to work with you when this happens.

 

Kansas Photo Booths will refund any amount you have paid less the reservation fee to reserve a booth. When you reserve a photo booth from us this prevents us from booking any other potential events for that day. If you cancel and we are able to fill that date you will receive a 100% refund. If a date change is due to a military deployment you will receive a 100% refund upon seeing the deployment papers.

 

We thank you for understanding this cancellation policy, and we will do everything in our power to try and fill any date left open so that you can receive a full refund. If you know that your date may be subject to change, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be available for your alternate date and we would be able to move to another date.
